About Sophie

I am a 3rd year Mathematics and Teaching student. I want to tutor because I am passionate about helping others discover their love for maths.
I've always loved how maths can be both challenging and rewarding, and I want to help students see it not as something intimidating, but as a subject where they can grow and gain confidence.
I look forward to getting the chance to share my knowledge, break down complex concepts into simple ideas, and make learning a positive experience for my students.

About the lesson

I have a gentle approach to teaching. Being a student myself, I understand it can be intimidating to approach a teacher with a question so I make sure my students feel as comfortable as possible.
A typical lesson usually lasts 1-2 hours. Depending on what works for you. :)
I am tutoring for National 5 and Higher Maths.
