About Ashwini
Hello! My name is Ash and I am currently a Graduate-entry Medicine student at King's College London. I scored 3100 Band 2 on the UCAT which earned me invitations to all my medical school choices and subsequently, three medical school offers. I have a First Class Honours degree in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology and have worked as a research assistant at King's, UCL and Imperial with several publications under my name. In addition to teaching laboratory skills and the science underpinning them to Bachelor's and Master's students on their laboratory placements, I have been a tutor for children between the ages of 8 to 17 during my sixth form. Having had to navigate the incredibly high competition to get into Graduate-entry Medicine myself, I am keen to help others interested in research and medicine to nail down concepts they are struggling with. I have fully enjoyed opportunities to teach while at school, university and at work and am looking forward to helping others get into a field that I find so rewarding.

Initially, I will have you take a UCAT mock to identify a vague baseline score. I will then teach you the different techniques I used myself for the various sections of the UCAT. Together, we will have an attempt at putting these techniques into action and we will assess your subsequent UCAT scores to identify where else we might tweak your technique to better suit you.

Ashwini is an amazing tutor. She is patient, considerate and is great at making it easy to understand complex concepts by providing exaples and breaking it down in simpler things. Also, she is great at explaining formulas and how to make calculations in such a way that I can understand what I'm doing and provides the tools for one to be able to do it by themselves. Absolutely loved my learning sessions with her!
