About Sana
I teach my students in a simplified, easy-to-understand and friendly manner, where my priority is to ensure the student feels comfortable in the session to ask questions and speak freely throughout the class. I also like to ensure patience, empathy and positivity is brought to my sessions.
Developed my people skills and communication skills when interacting with children/teenagers during paid assistant roles in Drama and Art summer camps.
I have tutored for a couple of years now and one thing I love to see is my student grow in confidence and become successful in the subject being taught.
I am very enthusiastic about Psychology and love studying it at university level, I am hoping to become a paediatric clinical neuropsychologist one day :)

•Teaching Methodology: Student informs me 5 days-week in advance of the session what they need assistance with/subject content to be covered, then presentation slides are prepped catering to the students needs prior to the lesson.
•Structure of Lesson: 1) We will go through presentation slides together through discussion and ensuring understanding of content is there, 2) student's understanding is solidified through tasks/questions created by myself following the specification closely, answers gone through afterwards, 3) practice questions directly from past papers (**depending on spec ie. AQA, Edexcel), 4) homework task for the week is set and discussed together where the task is based on what was covered in today's session, 5) Review of what was done in the session, update on student's progress and homework task sent via email to student's parent and student after the class.
•Length of lesson: 1 hour (can be longer if student requests).
•Have been tutoring for over 2 years in all subjects listed previously where my method of teaching has been successful with every student taught. All past students have seen improvements in Grades which was also acknowledged by teachers in school as well as very satisfied happy parents with the progress made.
•Tutoring for Students in Year 9,10,11,12,13 (Ages 13-18)
