A warm heart, and kind words, may heal just as much as any medicine it might exist.
We as doctors, treat both the body, but also the soul of our patients. And because of this, a good interview works both to better understand the patient's illness, but also for the patient itself to receive a touch of human care.
For we treat individuals as a whole, not just the disease.
