I have a particular interest in theoretical physics at the moment, and would like to go into some sort of research (unless something else interests me later on!).
I have enjoyed tutoring so far and find it interesting how different people approach different problems - I learn from my students too!

• Lessons would focus on problem-solving.
• Online, that involves a shared whiteboard where the student writes (or tells me what to write, if they do not have the equipment for it).
• This ensures that they are thinking actively, and make the "leaps" themselves, whilst I guide them when needed.
• A lesson would typically be 1 hour long.
• Lessons are for A level students, particularly those wanting to study maths or a related discipline at university.

Happy to give a free 1 hour trial lesson! Above prices reflect those for A levels only.
Due to the amount of work outside of lessons (marking, preparing questions etc.), interview preparation and admissions tests require on my end, the prices for those will be different.
Current (01/09/24) rates are:
- interview preparation £40/hour (this is not a mock interview)
- MAT/TMUA £40/hour
- STEP £50/hour
Rates can be negotiated - particularly for students who I am currently tutoring!
I can also do one-off mock interviews, rate TBC.
