About Olivia
I have been a mentor for 1st year students at university students helping them with academic also providing them with support for university. As well as being accepted onto the Camp Canada Program 2020. I have also provided academic support for struggling year 7 maths student during my time in 6th form

Once I get to know and how they learn and their needs,I will do customised teaching sessions to get the best out of the student.
It will follow a general structure while tailoring it to their personalised needs.
A typical lesson structure have the first 5 - 10 minutes covering the questions set from the week before.
Then we would move on to spending the next 20-30 minutes explaining and covering the topic chosen by the student, high-lighting the key points. While showing the application of the knowledge in context with questions the student may be presented with either exam or an assessment or an assignment context.
I would then spend the rest of the lesson going through worked examples with the student answering any questions as they go along.
Ending the session with a setting little homework to consolidate the knowledge covered
