About Lilia
I’ve started tutoring because I was bored in the summer, I love working out problems and I am great with teaching people how to understand a method, many peers at school relied on me to help them throughout their GCSEs and would often say that I was better at explaining, as I’m similar in age to the teacher. I’m very confident in my maths skills and enjoy it very much, I understand how students can find it hard at times and may need additional support or a different angle to view it from to succeed.

I strive to teach people in an obscure way or a very predominant way, so that it’s easier for the student to remember, incorporating different methods and colours. Typical lessons last around 45 minutes to an hour. I have tutored friends and family in the past, and I’m happy to tutor from ages 8-13
