About Aimee

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I found yoga at the age of 17 after a life-threatening car accident that left me injured and in pain. Yoga was (and still is) a key part of my recovery. After witnessing the benefits of yoga in my own body and mind I decided to take a 200 hour teacher training course in 2016. I attended American Yoga which unfortunately closed its doors during the pandemic. My training was approved by Yoga Alliance, and since completing the course I have taken dozens of continuing education courses to further enhance my knowledge.

In 2021 I developed my own training course to help teachers understand the benefits of yin and restorative yoga formats. I look forward to continuing to educate myself and plan to take an additional 300 hour certification course later this year.

As a teacher, my goal is to share the benefits of yoga with the world around me. Although I will always be a student first, teaching has helped me cultivate a passion for helping others.

About the lesson

With a background in Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga, I cater my classes to all-levels and personalize sessions to adhere to your needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury or simply looking to improve your strength and mobility, I create a customized plan to help you achieve your goals.

I've taught in four different cities in the states and have taught to children as young as two up to senior citizens. I recently relocated to Byron Bay where I am looking forward to assisting in your mind, body, and wellness goals.
