About Ryan
Hi, I’m Ryan, a student at the University of Warwick with a strong passion for mathematics and problem-solving. I tutor GCSE Maths and Further Maths because I enjoy helping students turn confusing topics into clear, manageable steps. Having studied A-level Maths in one year and developed a strong mathematical background, I understand how important good explanations, exam technique, and confidence are for achieving higher grades.
My goal is not just to help students memorise methods, but to make sure they truly understand why each method works. I am patient, encouraging, and focused on helping students improve their grades through structured practice, clear feedback, and targeted exam preparation.

I offer GCSE Maths and Further Maths tutoring focused on helping students improve their grades with clear, exam-focused teaching. My lessons are structured around identifying weak areas, explaining concepts simply, then practising exam-style questions until students feel confident applying the methods independently. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, whether they are aiming to pass confidently, move from a 5/6 to a 7, or push towards grades 8–9.
As a Maths, statistics, operational research, economics student at the University of Warwick, I have a strong background in mathematics and problem-solving. Lessons are typically 1 hour long, with a mix of topic explanation, worked examples, past-paper practice, and personalised feedback. My aim is to make maths feel less stressful and more manageable, while building the skills needed to perform well in exams.
