About Gavin
I am a university student who has gone through GCSE and A level already and have done reasonably well in both, achieving 9s in Maths and Chemistry at GCSE and getting an A* in Maths and A in Chemistry. Knowing how stressful the exams can be, my aim is to guide students through the ways of preparing for the exams and making the whole learning process more enjoyable for the students.

The approach would be an hour lesson with about 10 to 20 minutes on learning theory and improving understanding of certain topics of the students choosing. This would be followed by at least 30 minutes of questions and answers where the student applies their newfound knowledge to exam style questions and figuring out the approach that works best for them while I would be there to help guide them through and giving my perspective on how to answer the questions. Then the last 10 minutes or so would be reflecting on what they had learnt and planning ahead for the next session.
