About François-Camille

✦ TEACHING IS NOT JUST A JOB — IT IS A PASSION. ✦

After two years of Classes Préparatoires, followed by admission to MINES, I chose to pursue a doctoral path. I am currently studying for an International Master’s in Mathematical Physics at the University of Dijon.

I also hold a DEUG in Classical Studies, which I completed alongside my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. This background allows me to bring my students not only mathematical knowledge, but also the historical, linguistic and philosophical context surrounding mathematics.

Having been bilingual since adolescence, I am also able to teach mathematics entirely in French, for students who wish to develop both their mathematical understanding and their French mathematical vocabulary.

About the lesson

I offer specialized private tutoring in Mathematics for middle school and high school students, including Honors and AP courses, as well as college and graduate-level students. I also support ambitious students preparing for standardized tests and highly selective college admissions, including the SAT, ACT, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and other advanced mathematics assessments.

With 7 years of experience as an independent mathematics tutor and more than 4,000 hours of private instruction, I bring experience, dedication, and a highly structured approach to every student I work with. My goal is not simply to improve grades, but to build genuine mathematical understanding, confidence, and the problem-solving skills required for long-term academic success.

➤ Academic Excellence — I work with students who want to strengthen their foundations as well as ambitious students aiming for advanced coursework, competitive programs, and highly selective universities.

Specialized preparation can also be arranged upon request, including SAT and ACT Mathematics, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics, international curricula such as the French Baccalauréat, and British admissions assessments such as the TMUA or Oxbridge.

I can also provide advanced mathematical preparation for students aspiring to highly selective U.S. universities such as Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Princeton, and other leading institutions, with lessons tailored to the student's individual academic goals.
