About Karishma
My name is Karishma Shetty, friendly Spanish instruction for adult learners. I’ve taught for over 10 years and hold a Master’s in Spanish for the Professions, focusing on real-world applications like medical and legal Spanish. But my favorite work is with retired individuals exploring Spanish for enjoyment, mental fitness, or cultural discovery. I design each lesson around your interests and goals. You’ll gain confidence through conversation, vocabulary practice, and short readings. We’ll discuss history, food, music, and traditions to bring the language to life. My teaching pace is slow and steady, so you feel supported every step of the way. I make sure each concept sticks before we move on. Learning Spanish is a beautiful act of self-care.
