About Eric
I am currently certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and certified in CPR-C with AED. Additionally, I am a Kinesiology and Psychology student. I have past experience interning for a professional coach and experience was a personal trainer working with young adults and mid-adults.

Once that has been establish, I will be using the most up-to-date methods in training, programming, and fitness theory to develop our sessions together - my knowledge base expands from personal experience, academia, textbooks, and current scientific literature.
