About Katherine

My diverse background and wide teaching experience in different settings have allowed me to become a dedicated and experienced Spanish teacher. I have taught children in different continents around the world, which makes me a valuable asset.

I have over eighteen years of teaching experience where I have worked with all different age groups and levels from beginner to advanced levels in the United States, Chile, France, and the United Kingdom.

I have been working as an Online Teacher for the last eight years, I created and prepared my teaching materials. I have provided lessons on Zoom, Adobe Connect, Skype and WebEx.

I have recently worked as an Online A-Level Spanish and IGCSE Spanish Teacher for a private school in the United Kingdom. I am currently working as a Part-time Online A-Level and GCSE Spanish tutor.
In addition, I am working as a GCSE Spanish Course Writer for Open Study College, an Online Spanish Assessor for the Ministry of Defence in the United Kingdom, and a GCSE Spanish Writing Examiner remotely.

I have provided lessons via Zoom, marked assignments, and written reports, and I have created exciting projects where students have applied not only their knowledge but the cultural aspects of the Spanish language.

I have recently worked as an Online Spanish teacher for an Online Private School based in Wales where I provided Year 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 students
with Spanish lessons via Adobe Connect.

One of my most valuable strengths is my ability to design stimulating Spanish lessons that demonstrate my passion for teaching as well as a true appreciation of the Spanish language and culture. I have always incorporated ludic activities and the effective communicative method in order to achieve effectively the learning goals.

I have a passion for teaching languages and I now seek to share that enthusiasm with you.

I am fluent in the Spanish as well as English language which I am confident will prove to be a valuable asset to you.

About the lesson

I am a highly experienced online A-Level, IGCSE, and GCSE Spanish Teacher with over 17 years of experience. I provide lessons via Zoom and tailor-made courses.

In addition, I can provide students with past papers, quizzes, and PowerPoint presentations.
I use interactive learning platforms such as Quizizz and Quizlet to assess their progress.

I have over eighteen years of teaching experience where I have worked with all different age groups and levels from beginner to advanced levels in the United States, Chile, France, and the United Kingdom.

I have also created and implemented immersion language programmes for adults and children by implementing interactive and ludic teaching methods, such as board games, role-plays, and real-life situations. Moreover, I have worked as an author for a publishing company where I created educational content for different English books.
