About Eon
I have studied and performed music at Indiana University, Florida State University, and Florida Atlantic University. I have taught privately and taught/coached groups and sectionals and have actively performed in local community ensembles and events for over 20 years. I am currently having to relearn how to play again with dental implants and prostheses. I had my remaining teeth removed and ten implants placed in April and am expecting to have my final prostheses placed in late October.

Teaching methods include evaluation of student performance to determine any habits that may be hindering the free expression of musical ideas on their particular instrument. A warm-up routine that reinforces mental and physical fundamentals of brasswind music production daily. I stress the importance of having a clear “picture” of the song you want to play in your mind (as a singer does) and use that guide to sing with your lips. My lessons are designed for all ages and levels.
