About Mustapha

Asalamu-alikum everyone! My name is Mustapha. I was born and raised in an Arab family in Morocco and am a university student based in Leeds. In my family, we speak only standard Arabic, which has helped to make my accent very clear. My students enjoy listening and having long conversations with me on many topics. I have a degree in Arabic literature, Nahw, tajweed and fiqh. Currently, I am volunteering for RETAS (Refugee Education and Training Advice Service) as an Arabic interpreter and I teach standard Arabic for adults and for children voluntarily at al almarkaz-ul-Islami , Leeds UK. I have also tutored friends in Arabic in a personal capacity.

About the lesson

I'm very good at explaining Arabic grammar in different ways so as to enable the student to understand. I like to plan my lessons so that the student feels confortable to ask questions. In the first class, which is free, I try to know the student's level and which strategy will work the best to engage them. Most of the comments I receive confirm that my way of teaching motivates the students, and that's because I really do love this language [Arabic].
If you are a group of 2 I charge £10 per student.
a group of 4 I charge £ 5 per student.
a group of 10 I charge £2 per student.
