About Jordan

Meditation helped me personally discover the keys to transcending emotional turmoil and mental chatter, allowing me to achieve inner peace and clarity in my daily life, and to turn the tide during stressful and chaotic times. These stressful periods are integral parts of our lives; meditation allows us to navigate them in a healthier way, transmuting chaotic energy into productive and healthy outcomes. Through my classes, I share with you the tools and techniques that have enabled me to channel this inner peace into all aspects of my life, whether in my musical, entrepreneurial activities, or simply in my daily routine.

About the lesson

Hello everyone ! My name is Jordan, I am 30 years old and come from Brussels, Belgium but am currently living half of the year in South East Asia, working as a music producer
and meditation/breathwork coach. I am a very structured, disciplined but lively and positive person who loves teaching and has been teaching music production, meditation and breathwork for over 5 years now.

Now gently immerse yourself in a transformative inner journey through my meditation classes, combining theory, meditation practices, breathing techniques, and question-and-answer sessions.

As a meditation practitioner for nearly a decade, my journey in this field has been guided by a quest for understanding the human mind and its infinite potential.

- Sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes, via Zoom/Google Meet/...
- Explanations, meditation practices, breathing techniques, and interactive exchanges.
- Inspired by the revolutionary teachings of Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle & more.
- Holistic approach to meditation that transcends cultural and philosophical boundaries.
- Adaptable and inclusive approach

I will guide you with kindness and expertise through the intricacies of your mind, helping you develop a harmonious relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

Each student receives:
-️ A library of 3 meditations recorded by myself personally to use between classes
-️ 'Best practices' guide coming in handy when practicing meditation at home/outside of classes
-️ Top 10 book recommendations that I personally read and that have helped me learn more about meditation
