About Rachel

When I first started speaking French I never imagined that I would have tutored students from age 3 to age 65 in French years later. It is never too late to start learning! It is a language that I am passionate about! It is truly an art.

About the lesson

Having lived and studied 5 years in France, I have a tremendous command of the French Language! I love speaking in French and it is a passion for me.

I prefer to teach in full-immersion, starting with putting the emphasis on conversations that you will have in the real world, training your ear to hear spoken French, and better pronunciate.

In a normal lesson we will focus on a few key phrases, and converse with them! This will teach grammar and syntax, very important in the French Language. Classes will also have themes, which will add to the richness of your vocabulary.

I tailor lessons to any level that you or your child may need!

What sets me apart is my knowledge and experience with the French language, and my teaching style. Conversation is the greatest joy in a new language.

Perfect! Rachel is amazing! She is very patient and helpful. She is down to earth and has a great personality. I feel like I’m being taught by a friend. She lets me pick topics I want to learn about keeping it very interesting, while still teaching me knowledgeable things I’ll need when speaking the language. I look forward to every lesson.
