About Flora
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 9 years of teaching high school and college students. I strongly believe that education and language learning can change a student’s future. Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with around 150–200 students from different learning backgrounds. Many students who once struggled with English now communicate clearly and confidently.
My teaching approach is practical and student-focused, using simple language, real-life examples, and regular practice. One of my proudest achievements has been helping students overcome hesitation and participate actively in English conversations. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to grow and succeed.

My ESL teaching approach is practical, flexible, and student-centred. I believe learning English should be motivating and enjoyable. I assess each student’s level and needs to create lessons that are clear and effective.
Motivation is an essential part of my teaching. I encourage students with achievable goals and regular feedback. Communication is practised in every class through speaking exercises, listening activities, and real-life conversations.
Creativity makes lessons fun and memorable. I use storytelling, role play, visuals, and practical exercises to help students understand and retain English skills. Time management ensures lessons are structured and productive.
Along with ESL, I teach spoken English, grammar basics, vocabulary development, pronunciation, business communication, and interview preparation. My goal is to help students use English confidently in all situations.
