About Giancarla

I have a degree in foreign languages with many years of experience. I'm prepared to teach the 4 skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening) in English, Italian for foreigners and Spanish with an intercultural approach. I love teaching and motivating young people and adults! I am reliable and responsible, qualities that are required in my profession.

About the lesson

Eclectic methodology. Beyond the 4 abilities of the 3 languages (writing, reading, speaking and understanding) I propose a multicultural approach rich in world knowledge. I draw on the psychology of learning foreign languages, and therefore I easily relate with young and not so young people. I guide and motivate them on what they want to learn and how they want to do it. Try me! You can find me on the net.

Perfect! Fantastic! I’ve been having Italian lessons with Giancarla for four months now. I have found her to be very professional in her approach (as one would expect given her qualifications in three languages), she’s patient, understanding and focused and, importantly, has a great sense of humour so there’s nothing dull or boring in her methods. Above all Giancarla is a really nice person; it would be hard to find someone I could recommend so highly or so readily.
