About Irina
Hi! My name is Irina Besman and I love everything which is connected with movement and sport. I have a 6-year experience in fitness. I have been exercising with females of different ages in my home country of Belarus as well as in Denmark where I have been studying before moving to London. I also have a strong understanding of the right diet and healthy lifestyle itself.

I believe that comfort is your best friend. I am not saying that if you are a couch potato type and sofa is your best friend is good. I am saying that if you do not feel comfortable or you feel pain when doing some exercises then simply substitute is with what you like. Comfort is a key to success. It will be hard, it will be challenging but it should bring you pleasure and joy, otherwise, you will not get the results you want. Therefore, I prefer an individual approach to each person. Because if someone likes squats doesn't mean that you will like it as well.
