About David
Passionate about literature, languages, and cultural exchange, I hold degrees from the University of Rennes II (BA in English Studies with German and Swedish, and MA in Anglophone Studies with German) and from the University of Glasgow (MA in Scottish Literature and German).
Beyond academic training, I enriched my studies with immersive stays in Liverpool, Munich, and Haworth, as well as a year at the School of Translation in Germersheim, Germany, to strengthen my German.
Today, I share this passion as a teacher of English, German, and French. Whether you’re preparing for exams, professional purposes, or travel, I create engaging, personalized lessons tailored to your goals.

Perfect! I was looking for a French language teacher who is fluent in English, and David is a good choice. He is able to come up with lessons in accordance to my level in French and also easy to talk to about the parts of the course that I wanted to focus on and when I ask about something, he explains it in detail. During sessions, he is very patient whenever I'm slow to understand parts of the lesson and is also a good listener which makes the classes more interactive, and that's what makes a good teacher. Looking forward to learning more and eventually be able to confidently speak French.

Il est cool tres calme gentil... tout pour etre un superprof quoi
Je prends des cours d'anglais en visio avec David depuis Aout 2023.
David a un parcours dans les langues incroyable. Il est super sympa, pédagogue et prend le temps d'expliquer les choses de différentes manières.
Il travaille avec plusieurs supports pour les exercices et en crée certains sur-mesure.
Je recommande vivement ce Superprof :D
