About Hazel

I completed a Bachelor's Degree in French Linguistics and International Culture after developing a strong interest in language education, communication, and cultural exchange during my academic studies. During the past 10 years, I have worked with learners from different backgrounds and skill levels, helping them improve their French through practical guidance and supportive teaching methods. Teaching French allows me to combine creativity, mentorship, and cultural connection in a deeply rewarding way. I enjoy helping students express themselves more confidently in another language.

My teaching style focuses on communication, patience, and adaptability. Some learners improve best through structured grammar exercises and repetition, while others learn more effectively through conversations and interactive activities. I carefully adapt lessons according to each student's learning style, confidence level, and communication goals. Along with technical language development, I help students strengthen pronunciation, listening ability, vocabulary retention, and conversational fluency. Creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment remains one of my highest priorities.

Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring French literature, studying world cultures, and continuing language research through films, travel, and international media. These experiences help me bring fresh ideas and relatable examples into lessons regularly. I believe language learning creates opportunities for confidence, personal growth, and global understanding. One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students communicate naturally in situations that once felt challenging or unfamiliar.

About the lesson

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate naturally through practical learning and supportive instruction. I teach pronunciation, grammar structure, sentence formation, listening comprehension, vocabulary growth, and conversational fluency using explanations that feel clear and approachable for learners at every level. Lessons also include roleplays, speaking exercises, listening activities, storytelling practice, and cultural discussions that help students understand how French works in real situations. I create a comfortable environment where learners feel encouraged to participate openly and improve steadily without pressure. Every lesson supports confidence, communication, and long-term language growth.

Beginners focus on greetings, pronunciation practice, everyday vocabulary, and simple sentence building through organized repetition and interactive activities. Intermediate learners improve speaking flow, listening accuracy, conversational confidence, and response timing through guided communication exercises and practical discussions. Advanced students strengthen natural expression, smoother fluency, and stronger communication skills for academic, social, or professional situations. I carefully adapt lessons according to each student's pace, comfort level, and learning goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.

Learning French should feel enjoyable, practical, and meaningful. I encourage students to practice naturally during lessons instead of relying only on memorization techniques. Many learners become more confident and expressive communicators as their language abilities continue improving over time. My goal is to help students build strong communication foundations while enjoying the cultural richness connected to the French language.
