About Bing
I was born and raised in China, where I earned dual undergraduate degrees. I then went to the UK for a Master's degree and a PhD. I taught at Cardiff University, at official art organisations in Wales, and also taught private classes in the UK. I have had some exhibitions in the UK and ran my own art business in the past.
Culturally, I understand both Asian and UK education systems. I combine these two systems to structure my classes, so that my students can have a solid foundation to compete with Asian students while enjoying my lessons in a Western style. I have already successfully helped students enter their desired art high schools, art colleges, and universities.

Ages 7 to 65 are all accepted, as long as you want to learn ^_^
Sketching, drawing, painting, design, space design, landscape design, Chinese calligraphy. Please let me know what you want ^_^
I earned art and design degrees in both China and the UK, and I have been teaching art and design in the UK for nearly 10 years — in universities, official organisations, and private classes. I also have 2 years of teaching experience in Australia so far. So you can trust my ability. But please pay attention to the following:
I prefer to teach any type of art with a solid foundation. If you don't have any experience, I can build a good, solid foundation for you from the beginning. However, if you want to create a great work from the very start or see quick results, please go to other teachers. I have a responsibility to my students to do art the right way, rather than aiming high without any foundation. The foundation stage may be a bit boring, but later you will feel thankful for it. I can promise you results once you follow my guidance.

This first lesson offered with Bing will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
$60 per hour. Each class requires a minimum of 2 hours, for a total of $120. If you'd like to do it at my place in Auburn, I can offer an extra 30 minutes (2.5 hours in total) for $120, with all the tools (drawing board, paper, pencil, paint, etc.) you need here. You can just walk in and learn without worrying about bringing anything. If you can't travel and want me to come to your place, I can travel to you, but please prepare your own tools.
