About Alex
For 5 years, I have been a dedicated flute tutor for high school, college, and elderly students. I have taught around 150–200 learners and have enjoyed seeing each one make progress. A big milestone in my career was helping students prepare for school band auditions. Some were nervous at first, but they worked hard and earned positions they were proud of.
My teaching method is calm and supportive. I use simple explanations so students can understand easily, and I always adjust lessons to meet their needs. Teaching brings me joy because I get to help others discover their talents.

My teaching style for flute is built on real-life examples, motivation, problem-solving, integrity, and flexibility. I connect new skills to familiar things, like comparing breath support to blowing warm air on hands or matching rhythm to simple clapping patterns. This makes learning natural and comfortable. I keep students motivated by celebrating progress and keeping lessons enjoyable.
When something feels difficult, we analyse the problem and fix it with small exercises. I value honesty and kindness in my feedback. I tailor lessons to each student’s needs and can also teach music theory and performance basics.
